The Schedule
“Butterflies before I Do”
We are doing things a little differently than your traditional wedding day timeline. Cocktail hour will begin promptly at 4:00. A shuttle bus will transport all guests to the venue at 3:30pm from 830 Crescent Centre Drive Franklin TN 37067. The bride and groom will join cocktail hour at 4:10pm with a grand entrance. Ceremony and reception to follow. Our reception will end with a formal exit at 9:30pm.
Attire
“Playing dress up”
We kindly ask that you come dressed in black tie attire. Men in black tuxedos and women in long, floor length dresses. We have made a PINTEREST BOARD for attire inspiration. Please use this as well as our color palette below (earth tones and organic colors) as a guideline for what to wear. Please avoid wearing any shades of white or cream on the wedding day. Color options below are as follows: Dark purple, lilac, forest green, sage, navy or black.
Parking
“Your chariot awaits”
Due to the size of our venue, there will be NO parking for guests at our wedding. We have provided transportation for all our guests. Please be prompt for arrival as this is the only shuttle ride to our venue. A shuttle bus for all guests will depart from:

Frequently asked Questions
What do I need to bring to the wedding day?
Besides yourself! The bride and groom kindly ask you to bring a handwritten card to include in their wedding album from each of their guests. There will be a spot to drop off your card at the welcome table.
How do I know if I get a plus one?
Due to the limited amount of space at our venue and our wish to keep our wedding intimate, we will not be extending plus ones. All invited guests will be written out clearly on your formal wedding invitation. Thanks so much for understanding!
Will the wedding be outside or inside?
Although we hope for sunshine on our day, we will have a rain plan in place. All events will take place outdoors, rain or shine. Please prepare accordingly. We suggest heels with a wider heel for you to be able to walk in grass.
What do I wear to the wedding day?
We kindly ask that all of our guests come in Black Tie Attire. This includes men in black tuxes and women in floor length gowns. A color palette has been required for all women wearing dresses. Click here to view our Pinterest board with inspiration on how to dress for the event!
Can I bring my children?
As much as we love your kids, this is an adult only event. We want all of our guests to have a night away from the little ones and to please leave your kids at home. There will be no exceptions to this at our wedding events, thank you for understanding!
Is transportation provided to the venue?
Transportation is provided for all our guests, as there is NO parking allowed for guests. Please arrive at 3:30pm for shuttle at 830 Crescent Centre Drive Franklin TN 37067. The bride and groom will be introduced at 4:20 with a grand entrance.
Why can I not park at the event?
Due to venue restrictions, guest parking is NOT prohibited. A shuttle bus will transport all of our guests to and from the venue. Pick up time is 3:30pm from: 830 Crescent Centre Drive Franklin TN 37067. Please be prompt as this is the only shuttle and way to get to our venue. We cannot wait to see you there!
Can I record and take photos of your ceremony?
We want our guests to be present with us, so we have requested an unplugged ceremony. There will not be any photography (iPhone, cameras, etc.) allowed at our ceremony from our guests. Please be courteous of the couple and do not take out your phone during the ceremony.
When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by August 13th. If we don’t hear from you by this time, you will be marked as not coming and there will not be a seat set up for you on the wedding day. We will not be able to accommodate guests that are not listed on your invitation. Thanks so much for understanding!
